VitalAxis delivers cloud-based Intelligent Lab Information Systems and Revenue Cycle Management, purpose-built for commercial labs, pathologists, and physician practices. A data breach at Vitalaxis , a healthcare IT platform used for processing and storing laboratory test results, resulted in the exposure of approximately 2 terrabytes of sensitive data. The breach included personally identifiable information (PII) of patients,physicians and laboratory scans of US citizens.
